How to delete your data from myrestro

Section 1 — How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data from myrestro, send an email to contact@myrestro.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number or email address.

We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Section 2 — What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your business/restaurant profile
  • All customer records associated with your venue
  • All bills and transaction history
  • All analytics and reporting data
  • All referral and reward records
  • Your WhatsApp Business connection details

Note: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in encrypted backups before being permanently purged.

Section 3 — For Restaurant Customers

If you are a customer of a restaurant using myrestro and wish to have your data deleted, please contact the restaurant directly or email us at contact@myrestro.app with the restaurant's name and your phone number.
